How often should I get boiler serviced?
To stay in the manufacturer warranty it should be serviced in the first 12 months and every year after.
It’s also a great idea to get your boiler serviced in Spring or Summer. You’re out of those harsh Winter months so your boiler will have worked through the worst of the seasons. It’s a good time to check no problems have occurred during the Winter months and tick it off the Spring clean list for another year.
How do I pay the heating engineer?
You can pay the Gas Safe heating engineer, once the boiler service is complete, by cash card or bank transfer.
What qualifications do the heating engineers have?
The engineers are Gas Safe registered, Baxi and Vaillant boiler specialists and insured. Feel free to ask to see their Gas Safe card when they arrive.
